We advise you to read the terms and conditions below before using our online shop. If you continue to make a purchase in the bbalance.si online shop, it means that you are aware of the general terms and conditions of our online shop. The company Dinedra d.o.o. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the online shop bbalance.si. All changes are binding on buyers, so we recommend that you check the terms and conditions before buying.

I. General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the bbalance.si online shop are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), the Electronic Commerce on the Market Act (ZEPT), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), and on the basis of the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the international e-commerce codes. The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of bbalance.si, the rights of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

The online shop bbalance.si is operated by the company Dinedra d.o.o., Dolenjska cesta 156b, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter referred to as the provider). A user is a person who uses our system, i.e. a buyer in an online shop. A visitor becomes a user by registering, signing up for the newsletter or placing an order.

The buyer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of purchase (placing an online order). When placing an order, the user is specifically reminded of the General Terms and Conditions and, by placing an order, confirms that he/she is fully aware of them.

II. Availability of information

Bbalance.si undertakes to provide the following information to the buyer at all times:

  • company details (name and registered office, registration and tax number),
  • contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (email, phone),
  • the essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales service and guarantees), and the period of validity of this information,
  • product availability (every product offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
  • the terms of delivery of the product or performance of the service (and the method, place and time of delivery), and the period of validity of this information,
  • the prices, which must be clearly and unambiguously set out, showing whether they already include taxes and transport and other charges, and the period of validity of this information,
  • the method of payment and delivery or performance, and the period of validity of this information,
  • the time validity of the offer,
  • the period within which the contract may be withdrawn from and the conditions for withdrawal (description of the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 43c of the Consumer Protection Act; in cases where the consumer does not have a right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 43c of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer shall be expressly informed of this,
  • an explanation of the complaints procedure, including full details of the contact person or customer service.

Types of users

No registration is required to shop in the Bbalance.si online shop, visitors can make a quick purchase by logging in once via email as a guest.

Registration brings a number of benefits and facilitates future purchases by allowing you to view your order history, track orders, save products to your wish list and save multiple shipping addresses.

Upon registration in the Bbalance.si online shop, the visitor becomes a member of the bbalance.si online shop. The member (hereinafter also referred to as the user) shall be provided with a username identical to his/her e-mail address and a password. The username and password unambiguously identify and link the user to the data entered. Registration is also possible during the purchase process. If at any time you wish to change your email address or password, you can do so in your user profile.

The user uses his/her user data to access his/her “My Account” profile each time he/she visits the bbalance.si online shop. The user logs back into his/her account in the “Login” section, where he/she enters his/her details and confirms the registration.

III. Product range and prices

Prices are expressed in EUR and do not include shipping costs. All prices are excluding VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order placement and have no pre-set validity. All products are available while stocks last.

A reduced price is a reduced regular price at which the featured product is offered for a fixed or indefinite period of time. Discounts and discount codes are generally not cumulative, unless otherwise stated.

Gift vouchers and prepayments do not earn interest.

IV. Product features

The product photos are symbolic and do not guarantee the characteristics of the products (in particular with regard to colour variation). The provider does not undertake to guarantee the correctness and completeness of the information on the pages of the online shop (textual or pictorial material).

V. Product codes

  • A product marked “New” is a newly added product to the Bbalance.si offer. This mark will expose the minimum exposure of 14 days and the maximum exposure of 2 months.
  • Products marked “Sale” have an additional price reduction from the regular price, valid while stocks last. The percentage reduction is indicated next to the product.
  • The product marked “Out of stock” is currently not available. This means that it is not in stock in the warehouse.
  • The product marked “Sold Out” is no longer available. This means that the product will no longer be available.
  • A product marked “Reduced” allows the customer to buy the product at a specially reduced price compared to the regular price.
  • The product marked “Last item” is the last item of this product in stock in the Bbalance.si warehouse.

VI. Order

Online ordering is available in Slovenian language 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The consumer selects and orders the products available to him in the online shop, which are grouped in categories.

The contract of sale between Bbalance.si and the Buyer is concluded in the Bbalance.si online shop at the moment when Bbalance.si sends the first e-mail to the Buyer confirming his/her order. The message lists the products and quantities the customer has selected. From that moment on, all prices and other terms and conditions are fixed and apply to both Bbalance.si and the buyer. The Purchase Contract (i.e. the first e-mail about the status of the order) is stored electronically on the Bbalance.si server and is available to consumers upon their written request.

In case of any change or cancellation of the order, the buyer must inform the provider by e-mail to info@bbalance.si, where he/she must also indicate the purchase number mentioned in the e-mail message about the purchase.

VII. Purchase procedure

Ordering from the Bbalance.si online shop is safe and easy. Five steps to purchase

Product selection: On the bbalance.si website, select the product and click on the “add to cart” button. The system notifies you that the product has been successfully added to your cart. To complete your purchase, click on the “View cart” link and the system will take you to your shopping cart.

Shopping cart: On the bbalance.si website, in the top right corner, there is a shopping cart icon, in which (after clicking on the icon and clicking on the “View cart” link) the user is shown the products that they have added to their shopping cart while browsing the online shop. To remove a product from your shopping cart, you must click on the “cross” next to the product you wish to remove. If the user wishes to continue shopping, he/she must click on the “Hide cart” link. Clicking on the link will return you to the online shop. To complete the purchase, the user must click on the “checkout” button.

Checkout: To complete your order, you must fill in the necessary fields.

Payer’s details: you must provide the required contact details marked with an asterisk (first name, last name, company name, if you want to invoice a company, select the country, enter the street, postcode, city, telephone and email address), which we need to confirm and complete the order.

Shipping address: If you want delivery to a different address, please indicate this and enter the required contact details (first name, last name, e-mail address, address, city, postcode and telephone number), otherwise the products will be delivered to the address stated on the invoice.

The form allows a user account to be created and the user’s details to be saved for the next order.

Discount codes or gift vouchers: If the user has a valid discount code or gift voucher, they enter it in the ‘voucher code’ field and click on the ‘redeem voucher’ button.

Notes: You can enter your own notes in the box.

Delivery charge: It is linked to the supply in a particular country and is determined by the delivery service.

Payment method: Payment in the bbalance.si e-shop is only possible via pre-invoice.

Order overview: The contents of the shopping basket, the price of the products, the postage cost and the total cost to be paid are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is completed.

Completion of order: Before clicking on the ‘Place Order’ button, you must tick the box to agree to our terms and conditions. If the order has been successfully completed, the website will display the text “Thank you. Your order is successful. The pre-invoice with all the important information is sent to the e-mail you used to register.”

VIII. Bbalance.si order

After placing the order, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted. It lists the products and quantities selected by the buyer. The buyer still has the option to cancel the order at this step.

Bbalance.si will review the order, check the deliverability of the products ordered and confirm or reject the order with a reason. Bbalance.si may call the customer’s contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery.

IX. Order has been shipped/Order is ready for collection

The provider prepares, dispatches or arranges for personal collection of the products within the agreed time limit. It notifies the customer by email and at the same time informs the customer of the tracking number that can be used to track the parcel with the delivery service that has been selected.

X. Order cancellation

The user may cancel the order placed at no additional cost until he/she receives an email notification that the goods have been dispatched or are ready for collection. Cancellation of an order can only be made at info@bbalance.si. When cancelling, the user must indicate the order number and the name and surname of the customer.

Bbalance.si reserves the right to refuse any order which it determines that it is unable to fulfil under the terms and conditions stated and the information available to it. For example, if the products in the order are not deliverable, if there is a suspicion of a fictitious purchase where we contact the buyer before shipping and the buyer does not respond, if incomplete information is provided with the order, or if there is a technical error with the order. The supplier will inform the customer beforehand at the e-mail address or telephone number provided at the time of ordering. In the event that the customer fails to respond within five (5) working days, the provider may cancel the contract on its own. If the order has already been paid for in any way, the purchase price will be refunded to the buyer. For a refund, we need the customer’s name, address and bank account number.

XI. Payment methods

The online shop Bbalance.si allows the following payment methods: by pre-invoice

When you place an order, an invoice is created and you will receive it together with a confirmation email for your order. The transaction account number and the reference number are written on the document. The buyer pays by pre-invoice to the transaction account of Bbalance.si. The order goes forward to processing after payment has been received. The validity of the pre-invoice is 3 working days. During this time, the products you have ordered are reserved for you.

All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. Packages are dispatched no later than 1-3 working days after payment. If there is a delay in delivery, the supplier shall inform the buyer, who may withdraw from the contract.

XII. Invoicing

After delivery and payment of the ordered products, Bbalance.si sends the invoice in pdf format to the buyer’s e-mail address. The invoice breaks down the price and all costs related to the purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information before placing an order.

XIII. Discount codes

A discount code or promotional code brings you various benefits when you buy through the bbalance.si online shop. The active code can be found on the front page of the advertisement, in the Bbalance.si email or in other media. The code brings a variety of benefits, from gifts to discounts. Any code is always time-limited and must be used within a limited time frame or it is invalid.

Discounts and discount codes are generally not cumulative, unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

XIV. Using a discount code

Select the products you want to buy and add them to your cart. Go ahead and complete your order. Choose your delivery method, specify your delivery address and select your payment method.

At the checkout, enter the discount code in the “voucher code” box and click on the “Redeem voucher” button.

Only one discount code can be redeemed per purchase. Discounts are mutually exclusive. If you want to redeem a gift voucher at the same time, separate the codes with a space or comma.

When you enter a discount code, the value of the discount code is automatically deducted from the price of your order. This leaves a balance to be settled.

Then you just place your order online.

XV. Purchase for legal entities

The purchase process for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural entities, except that when you check out, you enter your company name and tax number in the invoice details. Purchases by legal entities are also subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Bbalance.si.

If you want to have an account with a company, you accept the terms and conditions applicable to companies. The main difference is in the withdrawal options. Businesses, sole traders and other legal entities do not have the same right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking delivery of the product without a reason as consumers (natural persons). Refunds are not possible for legal persons. VAT taxable persons are also obliged to provide their tax number when placing an order.

We advise you to inspect the ordered products upon receipt of the shipment and if the product or package is physically damaged, missing contents or shows signs of opening, please notify us immediately at info@bbalance.si. Please also send us photos of the outer packaging, a photo of the DPD label with the sender’s and recipient’s details, a photo of the inner packaging and photos of the damaged contents of the parcel. Together with DPD, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible. Keep the packaging until the complaint is resolved.

XVI. Consumer’s right of withdrawal

If the product does not suit you, you can return or exchange it. If you need help with your purchase, please email or call us and we will be happy to advise you.

In the case of distance contracts, the consumer has the right (under Article 43c of the Consumer Protection Act) to notify the company (to the contact email info@bbalance.si) within 14 days that he/she is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for his/her decision. The withdrawal period starts from the day on which the consumer accepts the goods.

The goods must be returned to the seller within 14 days of the date of the withdrawal. The only cost related to the withdrawal from the contract that the consumer is liable to pay is the cost of returning the goods.

In these cases, the buyer must return the purchased goods to the seller undamaged, in the same quantity, without any traces of use, in the same packaging, with all the labels and documentation attached. As the buyer, you bear the risk of loss, damage or destruction of the product you wish to return or exchange, unless this is due to no fault of your own. If the goods are damaged, dirty, without the original packaging or there are visible traces of use (inside or outside the item), the provider reserves the right to refuse the return. If we receive a product with damaged packaging (which has not been protected for transport), we will deduct 20% of the purchase price from the refund.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after withdrawal or receipt of the goods. Payments received are usually returned by the same means of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly requested another means of payment and there are no costs to the consumer for this. If your order was paid for on delivery, the money will be refunded to your bank account. In the case of payment on delivery or on account, when returning the goods for a refund, the buyer must provide personal details and the transaction account to which the refund is to be made. We do not refund money in cash.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract where the bonus, discount code or promotional code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the amount paid will be returned to the user’s bank account, and the promotional code will be returned to the user in the form of a new code. Upon withdrawal from the contract, the gift voucher is considered as a means of payment and the amount is also returned to the user.

XVII. Returning a product

You can only return the product if you notify us in writing to info@bbalance.si. We will correspond individually to discuss the next steps for returning the product.

You will find the address for forwarding (sending) the products to the seller in the aforementioned email correspondence.

The sender is always responsible for the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We do not accept redemption shipments.

XVIII. Material defect

The buyer may exercise his rights under the material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months of the date on which the defect was discovered. The buyer must describe the defect in detail in the defect notification and give the seller the opportunity to inspect the item. Please report the defect to info@bbalance.si.

The seller is not liable for material defects in the goods which become apparent after two years have elapsed since the goods were handed over. When a defect appears within six months of the item being delivered, the defect shall be deemed to have existed at the time of delivery.

A buyer who has duly notified the seller of a defect shall be entitled to require the seller to:

  • remedy a defect in the goods; or
  • refund a proportion of the amount paid in proportion to the defect; or
  • replace the defective goods with new, faultless goods; or
  • reimburse the entire payment.

The product is materially defective if:

  • it does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use
  • it does not have the characteristics necessary for the particular use for which the buyer is purchasing it, which were known or ought to have been known to the seller
  • it does not possess the qualities and attributes which have been expressly or tacitly agreed or prescribed
  • the seller has handed over a product that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only as a demonstration.

The suitability of a product is verified by another, faultless product of the same type, as well as by the manufacturer’s declarations or claims on the product itself.

The right to enforce a material defect is further defined in the Consumer Protection Act.

The buyer may return the goods complained of by sending them back by post at the seller’s expense and by prior agreement with the seller. If you wish to return the goods at our expense, please contact info@bbalance.si in the first instance. There is no other way of reimbursement at our expense. We do not accept redemption shipments!

XIX. Purchase security

Bbalance.si uses appropriate technological and organisational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments. For this purpose, the provider uses an SSL certificate issued by an organisation authorised for this purpose. Credit card authorisations are carried out in real time with instant data verification with the banks. Card data is not stored on the provider’s server.

XX. Buyer’s responsibilities

The buyer is obliged to verify the accuracy of the invoice details and notify the seller of any errors within eight (8) days of receipt. Subsequent complaints are not taken into account. Your credit card will be charged directly when your order is confirmed.

We are not responsible for fees related to changing exchange rates and surcharges imposed by your bank, as well as any other additional foreign currency transaction fees charged by your card issuer in case the EUR is not the currency in which your credit card issuer invoices you.

XXI. Protection of personal data

Bbalance.si respects the privacy of the users of the Bbalance.si online shop and undertakes to protect the personal data obtained carefully in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and ZVOP-1. All detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found on the Privacy Policy page.

The user must be aware that he/she is obliged to provide the online trader with his/her personal data in a correct and truthful form and to inform the online trader of any changes to his/her data. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user confirms that the personal data provided by him/her is correct.

The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his/her username and password and by using appropriate software (anti-virus) to protect his/her computer.

XXII. Communication

The online shop Bbalance.si will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not expressly object to this and in accordance with the provisions of ZEKom-1.

Bbalance.si advertising e-mails will contain the following components:

  • they will be clearly and unambiguously identified as advertising messages,
  • the sender will be clearly visible,
  • various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be labelled as such. The conditions for participation will also be clearly defined,
  • a clear explanation of how to opt-out of receiving advertising messages,
  • the user’s wish not to receive advertising messages will be explicitly respected by the provider
  • Advertising messages will be clearly visible and clearly separated from the games and competitions.

XXIII. Copyrights

The online shop Bbalance.si is owned by Dinedra d.o.o., Dolenjska cesta 156b, 1000 Ljubljana, all rights reserved. The content on the website may contain material which may be the copyright of third parties. Therefore, any communication of information from the websites is only permitted with the written consent of the owner. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

XXIV. Limitation of liability

Bbalance.si makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the website is up-to-date and correct. However, errors in the content of the website are possible and we accept no responsibility for them. In such a case, the supplier will inform the buyer of the changes and give the buyer the opportunity to withdraw from the contract or to exchange the product ordered.

The tenderer has the option to withdraw from the contract only if a manifest error is detected (Art.46 CC). An obvious defect is a defect in the essential characteristics of the product and any error which, according to the custom of the trade or the intention of the parties, is considered to be decisive and which, if known by the supplier, would not have been acknowledged or the contract concluded. This includes obvious pricing errors.

We reserve the right to make changes to the content and other changes to the General Terms and Conditions and the content of Bbalance.si.

XXVI. Complaints and disputes

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to fulfil its obligation to ensure an effective complaint handling system.

In case of problems, the customer can contact Bbalance.si by phone or email. The complaint must be submitted in writing via email to info@bbalance.si. The complaint procedure is confidential. Within 5 working days, the provider will acknowledge receipt of the complaint, inform the customer how long it will take to process and keep the customer informed of the progress of the complaint.

The provider is aware that a key feature of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs involved in resolving the dispute, which is also a major barrier to consumers not bringing a dispute before the courts. Therefore, Bbalance.si will use its best endeavours to resolve any disputes amicably.

XXVII. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with the legal norms, Dinedra d.o.o., Dolenjska cesta 156b, 1000 Ljubljana does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that could be brought by a consumer pursuant to the Act on Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution.
